Lecturers’ Cultural Sensitivity on Using Social Media - Facebook and Instagram

This study aims to identify lecturers' cultural sensitivity using social media - Facebook and Instagram. was done at Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The data collection method used in this is the quantitative method. A total of 345 lecturers were participated answering questionnaire. analyzed SPSS Statistics descriptive statistical analysis. shows that diverse findings for diversity based on ethnicity, gender, level education, field teaching, teaching experience, experience students various nationalities cultures. have implications educational knowledge professional practice, especially lecturers, academic community, higher education offers teach courses play a role take responsibility need provide prospective teachers’ candidate high line with reality student educations today them
